- The Brown & Brown client service team is designed to communicate effectively with clients in order to be your resource and counselor.

- Customized Employee Communication - Develop employee announcement letters and plan descriptions to help employees better understand and appreciate their benefits. Conduct employee meetings as appropriate to explain major changes in coverage or to introduce a new carrier.
- Program Implementation - Coordinate all changes to the benefit program: prepare applications or amendments for signature; audit employee forms and gather missing information; organize the submission to the carrier; obtain confirmation of approval; and oversee printing of identification cards, booklets, contracts and amendments.
- On-going Program Management - Data integration to Brown & Brown proprietary client-database system enabling "anytime/anywhere" access to client profiles and "in-force" plan design information.
- Employee Claims Resolutions Service - Assist employees in resolving claim problems. Work with the carriers to ensure accurate and timely benefit payments. Educate employees on plan benefits and claim procedures to help improve the processing of future claims.
- Employee Customer Service - Provide assistance with billing and administrative needs, such as obtaining supplies, correcting billing errors, and seeking enrollment exceptions.
- Employee Compliance Support - Provide assistance in complying with various federal and state requirements, such as COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ERISA. Provide guidance on responsibilities, and explain consequences of non-compliance. Research technical issues and suggest resources.
