Prospective employees can expect a telephone screening, then typically two face-to-face interviews, one with the human resources manager and the other with the hiring manager, and possibly peers or colleagues on site. Prospects also will undergo DISC and Caliper personal profile evaluations.

Prospects selected for employment will receive a telephone call and a written employment proposal via the mail for review and acceptance. Candidates who are not selected for employment at Brown & Brown will receive written notification from the Human Resources department.
