ALCOS Transitions Name to Brown & Brown of Detroit

In March 2007, ALCOS was acquired by Brown & Brown Inc. As planned, I am pleased to announce that we are transitioning our name to Brown & Brown of Detroit.

Our goal is to complete the name change by August, 2009.

As Brown & Brown of Detroit, I affirm that our service and commitment to you and your organization will not change. Brown & Brown of Detroit will continue to be a client-focused company and is proud of our 50 year legacy as one of Michigan’s largest and most reputable insurance, employee benefit and retirement planning agencies.

If you have any questions regarding our name transition, please contact your service professional, or my office. We look forward to continuing our mutually beneficial relationship and thank you for trusting in the new Brown & Brown of Detroit.

Sincerely,

Eugene LoVasco
President
