AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Officials from Palace Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) can now be certain they offer their employees the best in benefits and health and welfare programs.
ALCOS (www.alcos.com), one of Michigan’s largest insurance agencies has agreed to serve as PS&E’s consultant and will assist in managing benefits programs and will advise on matters of health and welfare benefits. Essentially, ALCOS will serve as the intermediary for PS&E and the organization’s health and welfare benefits providers.
“We did a great deal of research and spoke with a number of companies during the selection process,” said PS&E’s Vice President of Human Resources Tom Bennett. “We found that ALCOS offered a great deal of expertise in the areas we wanted to focus on and we were impressed with their customer service-based initiatives. This is a relationship that we are confident will be beneficial to our employees, for a great number of years.”
In their role with PS&E, ALCOS will be focused on controlling costs, improving the value of the money that PS&E spends on benefits, improving administration and communication of benefits programs for PS&E employees and providing employee assistance for claim issues. ALCOS will serve as the advocate for PS&E employees in matters concerning benefits and health and welfare programs.
“ALCOS is excited to partner with Palace Sports & Entertainment.
