A Premier Client is defined as a person whose primary resident is valued at $750,000 (or more) with a personal vehicle and/or a scheduled collection valued at a minimum of $25,000. Special advantages include a complimentary, independent home appraisal to determine the guaranteed replacement cost of your home. If you suffer a total loss because of a fire, your home will be restored to its original condition but you also have the option to receive a cash check to rebuild at another site. For your vehicles, you can choose to agree to the value of your vehicles upfront, and in the case of a total loss (including theft), your vehicle would be replaced at the agreed upon amount without applying a deductible or depreciation.
